Mrs Wright has ordered a Venicci Pram at £700.

Payment plan option was chosen and a 20% (£140) deposit was charged.

We contacted Mrs Wright within 24 hours and agreed a suitable payment structure.

For each of the next 4 months

Mrs Wrights credit card was charged £140.

Total Paid £700

When the Final payment was paid we shipped order out to the customer in time for the baby being born.

Our online shop is open 24/7

Orders placed online are processed and dispatched as usual

Website is updated daily on stock levels

Our stock levels are exceptionally good

If you live near Belfast, your order will be delivered within 1-2 days by our store van driver

Delivery by some of our couriers is taking slightly longer than usual. Please be patient and allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered during the covid-19 pandemic

Many courier companies and especially Royal Mail are working with reduced workforces and this may unfortunately delay the delivery of a few orders

Delivery to UK for orders under £20 is now reduced from £4 to only £2

Personal 1:1 Pram appointments

We offer only personal 1:1 shopping appointments for mums-to-be to view our prams and to answer all their questions regarding prams and travel systems

Appointments will last maximum 1 hour

Max 2 people from the same household

Strict 2 meters social distancing measures

Hand sanitiser will be provided when entering the site

Use of our display prams will be kept to minimum and will be sanitised after each appointment

Prams on display: iCandy, Egg, Oyster 3, Venicci, BabyStyle Prestige, Baby Elegance Drift & Venti, Babyco Belize & Modena leatherette, Red Kite Savanna & Platinum, lots of buggies including My Babiie and double prams too

Following government regulations, our physical store in Belfast city centre is temporarily closed to the public

We are only open behind the scenes Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-12pm to dispatch online orders and to allow store customers to collect their left over baby products
