Payment plan option was chosen and a 20% (£140) deposit was charged.
We contacted Mrs Wright within 24 hours and agreed a suitable payment structure.

Mrs Wrights credit card was charged £140.

When the Final payment was paid we shipped order out to the customer in time for the baby being born.
Mrs Wright was able to view all of her payments made and order details though her online account.

We hope that you will be very happy with your Kids Store purchases. However we understand that from time to time you may want to return an item to us. If you do wish to do this we aim to make this process as quick and convenient as possible.
Your item is unwanted and within 14 days of purchase
As long as the item is unused and in a resaleable condition we are able to offer an exchange or refund. We do ask for the original packaging to be used . Please include details of original order with the item so we can identify from whom the order has been returned. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund on any postage and packaging that you may have paid at time of order in these circumstances. If you would prefer to exchange the item please let us know by emailing Kathy@kidsstore.co.uk.
Customers will be required to pay any carriage costs incurred in returning non-faulty or mistakenly ordered items.
Please notify us of expected returns by contacting us by email at email@example.com suppling us with original order number and product details and reason for return.

Manufacturing faults within 14 days of purchase
If you have a manufacturing fault with your item within 14 days of purchase we will refund or replace – exclusions, terms and conditions apply. You will be required to return the product back to us and we may need to send your product to the manufacturer for inspection. Larger items will be collected free of charge.
For smaller items you will be requested to return them to us and a refund for the postage cost of up to £5.00 will be given on production of a postage receipt. We may also ask for images or a short video of the fault. This does not affect our statutory rights. Please note this does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear of the items. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your faulty goods.
Returns after 14 days of purchase
After 14 days your product will then be under the manufacturers warranty and we will strive to ensure that the fault is rectified accordingly. To find out the length of your warranty please consult your instruction manual.
Manufacturers all have Dedicated customer service telephone numbers and email addresses and you will find these listed in product instructions .
We always recommend that to keep things simple and speedy that your first call should always be to the manufacturer directly as they best understand their products and have the necessary repairs departments to look after them.
Each case will be looked into individually and we will either repair or replace the item as we and the manufacturer deems appropriate.
We may have to request the item back to store or the manufacturers service dept , in this instance the collection costs will be covered by ourselves or the manufacturer if the fault is of a manufacturing nature. Larger items will be collected free of charge. For smaller items you will be requested to return them to us and a refund for the postage cost of up to £5.00 will be given on production of a postage receipt.
We would also ask for a few images or a short video of the fault as this helps us and the manufacturer understand the issue better.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

The manufacturers warranty only covers against manufacturing faults and does not cover the following:
normal wear and tear
misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide
failure to follow the instructions in the user guide
abuse, neglect, carelessness or accident
modification or alteration of the product
air transportation or freight damage
damage to tyres such as holes, punctures or tears
Mounting or installation of third party products such as buggyboards that are not recommended by the manufacturer
Please note that while this list is inclusive it is not exhaustive.
Items out of warranty/lost
We will aim to assist you by contacting the manufacturer and obtaining a quote for repair or replacement. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Orders sent incorrectly
We strive to ensure all orders are sent out correctly by our warehouse team. In the event of a mistake we will rectify as quickly as possible. Please contact us at email@example.com.
We will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange process once we have been notified of your request. If we have arranged the collection on your behalf, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges, once the item has been received back into our warehouse. All refunds will be made back via the original payment method.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of returns but may take up-to 14 days.
Packaging your item for return
Please ensure when returning goods a note is enclosed with your order number, address, surname and reason for return so we can process as quickly as possible and please ensure that your return is securely boxed. For all orders being returned please send to:

We recommend that you use an A4 sheet of paper with the return address taped to the package.
We are sorry but we are not able to send out boxes for items to be packaged.
It is important that you retain your proof of collection as this is your only proof that the goods have been sent back to us.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to change or cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours – please remember to include your order number and name and address in any correspondence.
Please note that for items already dispatched, our standard returns process will need to be followed. If you refuse your delivery because you wish to cancel, a collection charge will be applicable. Please see collection charges.
Order cancellation charge.
All cancelled order within 14 days of order placement date and that have not been dispatched will be refunded in full.
All cancelled orders after 14 days of order placement date and have not been dispatched will incur a £30 administration fee. Refunds processed for Customer requested cancelled orders will reflect this administration charge.
Reporting a fault
All products purchased at Kids Store come with a manufacturer’s warranty - this will start from the date of purchase of the item (please consult your instruction guide to confirm the length of warranty). We will repair any product free of charge within this period; this only includes manufacturing faults and does not cover wear and tear, loss of a item, misuse or accidental damage.. If a repair is not possible a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Within your email please provide us with your order number, address the pram was purchased under and where possible please send us some images supporting your claim to help us assist you further.
Collection services to use
As we sell far and wide customers may wish to use an alternative courier of their choice.
Experience has shown us thats its much cheaper for the customer to send returns with a local courier from their area than to request Kids Sore to use their couriers who are based in Northern Ireland.
Smaller items upto 2 kg in weight can be returned through the ROYAL MAIL www.royalmail.com
For larger items we have found that MYHERMES www.myhermes.co.uk are very resonably priced , easy to book with and many customers use them for ease of use , good service and very competitive prices.
Please remember that which ever courier you use you must obtain proof of collection.
Kids store can not be held responsible for non delivery or damage caused during transport by a third party.
Kidsstore collection service
Here at Kids Store we can offer the services of our own couriers but please be aware that as we are based in Northern Ireland and so are our couriers, that this service is more expensive than those recommended above. To arrange a collection please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to respond to you within 24 hours. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Our Courier collections take place Monday – Friday between 8am-6pm. For UK customers we ask for 24 hours notice to arrange collection,for non UK customers we ask for 48 hours. We are unable to send out boxes for return of your item.
Collection charges by Kids Store Couriers
Collections charges per box are £30+vat. For overseas customers we will need to obtain a quote from our courier service. For a collection estimate please contact us at email@example.com. If the couriers arrives at your property and the collection isn’t ready or you are not in further collection charges may apply. We ask that the item is boxed securely.
We monitor our carriers on a regular basis and believe we use the best couriers in the industry. However, our couriers are outside our control and if your goods have not been collected on the day requested then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rebook the collection (charges may apply).
If your order was not ready, you where not at home, or the driver was turned away, you may be charged again for the failed collection. We are unable to accept liability for loss or damage of goods if the goods are left out for the courier.
